Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a career spanning private practice, intake and assessment, clinical leadership, program development, and higher education.

Her clinical work takes on some of the toughest and most consequential challenges in the field; anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, and complex trauma. She's especially known for her work with survivors of domestic violence and unhealthy or abusive relationships, helping them move from just surviving to truly reclaiming their lives.

What really sets Jessica apart is her presence in the room. She leads with compassion, but she never loses her edge. She's direct, practical, and relentlessly focused on helping people recognize their own strength and use it to move forward.
